Overview

• The undersides are a city-state type of structure, they each have a prison warden type of overlord with their respective militia, few cities also have an internal government system (IGS) that is not Nation approved. The leaders of the differing IGS have many names, some like to also call themselves wardens as a way to “take back power”, however this is mostly cultural in nature and they never have as much power as the real wardens.

• The line of command for The Undersides goes as follows from highest to lowest: Warden >  Underside task force leaders > members of task forces.

• It should be noted that the Wardens report to a higher commander.

• The IGS line of command hardly exists, but some have a structure like: IGS leader name > number of hardcore loyalists > civilians that wish for protection
