Wields Load Applications of complete absence of presence, outward diffusion lacks the Burden Effect and Load Signal.
Diffusing outward erases their presence from existence. People will perceive The Interloper in this state essentially as a ghost.
Their Load Application functions at extremely high efficiency, able to sustain their absence for days.
Any actions that require effort or significantly affect the environment will temporarily disable the absence, such as initiating a fight or firing a gun.
Breaking the absence causes extreme vertigo, with its duration and intensity scaling with the time spent absent. Reentry instantaneously releases a large Burden effect and powerful Load Signal, alerting everybody in the region.
