Overview
The Chattering from the Resurface is a fractured military radio backpack with a cracked casing veined in Load markings.
Its direction of diffusion is controlled by a mechanical switch on the side of the backpack. While diffusing outward, it plays non‑attenuating static accompanied with pattern-less clicking. Being in auditory range is indicative of psychological deterioration.
Its effects are significantly reduced against Specialists as their bodies are able to process Load more stably.
