Overview
The Chattering from the Resurface is a fractured military radio backpack with a cracked casing veined in Load markings.
Its direction of diffusion is controlled by a mechanical switch on the side of the backpack. While diffusing outward, it plays non‑attenuating static accompanied with pattern-less clicking. Being in auditory range is indicative of psychological deterioration. The louder the static and clicking appear, the closer the hearer is to breaking.
Its effects are significantly reduced against Specialists as their bodies are able to process Load more stably.
