Wields a Load Application of Sanctuary Entrenchment.
Diffusing outward establishes a sanctuary anchored on themselves, a target, or a point. Within this zone, any individual who attempts to act against Sanctuary's intention experiences sensations of unease and imminent danger, causing actions to falter and disrupting commitment. Those suppressed can push through it.
Placing a sanctuary on an ally with the intent of keeping them safe discourages hostile actions against them, suppressing attacks or gunfire toward their direction. The ally is also affected, experiencing the same resistance if they attempt to expose themselves to danger.
The Sanctuary's radius is proportional to the rate of current outward diffusion. The smaller the Sanctuary, the stronger the suppressive effects become, scaling with the distance form the center.
Only one Sanctuary may be present at a time.
