Diffusing outward enables Divine Eavesdropping, a mysterious second independent voice in her head that provides near perfect to miraculous actions for only situations happening at the moment. This second voice is actually a subconscious of The Jury with heightened response time and analysis.
The Executioner
A brother separated during an evacuation, forced to improvise after misunderstanding his sibling's instructions.
“I’m alive because I act when you will not.”

Diffusing outward allows The Executioner to perfectly interpret commands provided to them regardless of ambiguity and context provided.
Load stored in The Jury's and The Executioner's chambers will slowly seep out through their vestibule regardless if it is opened or not, resulting in a barely noticeable burden effect. This seep triggers a load application of having a vague sense of direction where the other is. Their individual load application may sputter and not work in situations.
If either is physically in contact with each other, load leakage stops, their burden effect return to normal levels, and their load applications function without fail.
If physical contact is maintained when both are simultaneously diffusing outward, they will begin sharing thoughts. Either one breaking contact while diffusing outward will result in harsh side effects.
The Jury will suffer from an anxiety attack and temporarily have her emotional stability significantly worsen.
A few moments after disconnect, The Executioner experiences a growing sensation of absence and a heightening of senses that delibitate him.
Overview
Two enmeshed Sovereign siblings suddenly separated during an attack on their home, unlocking both their vestibules, later finding each other at a refuge. Due to faint load signals caused by vestibule leakage, both siblings are identified and taken into a Legion. The older sister deciding this isn't the life they want, advises the brother to steal an experimental full body armor suit before escaping together. The two wander from refuge to refuge, attempting to avoid battlefields and dodging PMC specialist hunting squads.
The Jury is an anxious short, young woman with short hair constantly, the older one of the two. Seen standing on a carrier platform attached behind The Executioner.
The Executioner is physically massive, towering soldier adorned in metal plates and moving mechanical parts, and a full face plate, barely resembling a human. He always defers to The Jury to validate decisions due to constantly distrusting his own judgement.
